To keep it simple, Julie is the best. She is beyond knowledgeable, super efficient, reliable, and completely down to earth. You want someone real, she's your girl. We used Julie to purchase our first home and couldn't have been happier with who we chose! We were not at all knowledgeable about the process or where to start so it was extremely helpful to have Julie guide us through everything. She answered all of our questions along the way (sometimes more than once) and was very responsive. Our schedule really only allowed us to view homes on the weekends and Julie made herself available to meet our needs. We never felt pressured to make an offer or accept an offer just to settle on something. When our family was finally ready to look for our first home, Julie set up our first viewing within hours of contacting her. Julie was incredibly flexible and accommodating. My fiancé and I have opposite work schedules and a young daughter, therefore we had a narrow window each week to view potential homes, but she made it work. She was very patient with us as we searched week after week for over 3 months until we found the house that was perfect for our family. She walked us through the process and helped us close within a month. We received the keys to our new home the day before Thanksgiving and truly had so much to he grateful for this year. Julie was very thoughtful, which was particularly appreciated when she sent us the contact information to various essential facilities in our new town so we could connect easily and get necessary services established at our new address in a timely manner. I had such a good experience with Julie! I decided to go for a short sale, which tends to be a long and frustrating process. Julie really helped to make the process go as smoothly as it could go. She answered all of my questions and was super prompt in getting back to my emails and phone calls--always in the same day. It was always easy to schedule the viewing of a home, and she never made me feel like I was a bother to her like another Broker had done previously. Julie really restored my faith in Brokers and Real Estate Agents after the poor first experience I'd had with another person. She helped me to weigh out the pros and cons of each home we visited, and made sure the one I chose would be the right one for me. She really cares, and I couldn't have found a better person to help me buy my first home. She was extremely thorough when she came through to initially take a look at my house and gave me great advice on how to get my home listing ready which many realtors do not do.
