I cannot say enough about Julie Davis. There were many things that Julie did that I felt were exceptional; everything from her pitch that grabbed my attention to want to work with her to every step along the way of the process leading up to the fairly quick sale of my house after my house was unsuccessfully sold using a different agent the previous 3 months before hiring Julie.

Julie is very innovative compared to other realtors. One of the biggest differentiation that I think she brings is her ability to promote your house on TV. Julie is part of a small group of realtors who promote their listings on the American Dream TV cable channel. Julie believes you need to find the buyers versus hoping the buyers find you.

Personality wise, there is no other realtor I have ever met that is more personable, responsive and overall a complete joy to talk to and work with.

I would overwhelmingly recommend Julie Davis to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home. I know I will work with Julie again in the future if the circumstances ever call for a realtor.

Excellent real estate transaction. Julie Davis was an outstanding realtor with our purchase in Tahoe City, CA. Her familiarity with the area was excellent. I would recommend her not only in the Bay Area but also the Lake Tahoe area. Julie and her team are the best!
