Julie is a Broker and industry leader with a proven record of driving brokerage operations, compliance, and risk management at the local, state, and national levels. Experienced in launching brokerages, developing policies and compliance protocols, and designing training that has supported and mentored thousands of agents across Texas. Founder of Latigo & Stone, providing expertise in both farm and ranch and residential markets. Certified TREC Instructor and REALTOR® governance volunteer, recognized for advancing professional standards and delivering impactful education.

When not working, Julie loves to spend time with her husband of 27 years, Randy, and their three children. She dedicates her spare time to animal rescue and rehabilitation. Julie sits on the Board of Directors for the Five Points Board of REALTORS®, the Board of Governors for the Central Texas MLS, the Professional Standards Committee for Texas REALTORS®, is a graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program She holds multiple designations and certificates and is also a Master Certified Negotiation Expert.
