A native of Minnesota, she has lived in Boulder, attended grad school in Denver and currently resides just west of Golden for closer access to hiking and snowboarding. She works throughout the entire Denver/Boulder metro and foothills. When not zooming between houses or analyzing comparable sales, Julie spends her free time doing anything outside, reading books, listening to podcasts, cooking spicy food, and playing with her mini Aussie Blue.
