She is the best realtor I have ever met. I had to sell and buy a new house at the same time, which involved complex procedures and numerous obstacles and challenges. However, she handled everything as if it were her own house and assisted me as if I were her family. I consider myself fortunate to have her as my realtor and will continue to work with her for any future home sales or purchases

I am a first time home buyer, and I couldn't ask for a better realtor than Julie. As a first timer, she proved to be a valuable resource throughout the whole process. I had zero experience at the start, but she was patient and basically gave me a crash course in real estate. We probably viewed over 40 properties in a span of 2 months, before I finally found my home. After a few counter offers, the seller wanted more than what I could afford, but Julie was able to masterfully negotiate and keep the price in my range. She is very attentive, responsive and truly looks out for your best interest. I highly recommend her, and I will definitely be reaching out to her when I'm ready to move on to the next property.
