In 2011, we selected Julie to list our old house as well as purchase our new house. The house we purchased was a short sale and Julie was extremely helpful guiding us through the process. It was a stressful time as we waited on the bank's approval, but Julie provided a calming presence by proactively sharing the status of the process, always being available when we had questions, and instilling confidence for us to stick it out. And we are so happy that we did - our new house is everything we wanted it to be. We are very happy with our purchase. On our old house, the market wasn't quite right to sell, so Julie added a rental option to the listing. We were able to rent the house for the exact amount that we asked, and our tenants moved in 4 days after we moved out! The tenants that she found have been great. As first time landlords, Julie (a landlord herself), has been very helpful. She has made herself available to answer questions that have come up as well as provide proactive knowledge of situations that she has experienced herself as a landlord. Julie was amazing to work with. We recently purchased a home and she helped us find a house to meet our needs. We are being relocated for work, and she worked well with us and our relocation counselor. She looked at houses for us when we couldn't be there and would send us pictures and videos. When it came time to make an offer she communicated with us throughout the process and while we were waiting for mortgage approval she would check in with us to make sure things were moving along and provided appropriate guidance when needed. Julie has been masterful in helping us locate and purchase 7 homes in our area. We live in one and rent the other six, she has also found tenants for all 6 rentals.
