Julie Van Dyke

The Van Dyke Group is a group of real estate professionals with Jim and Julie Van Dyke at the helm. They proudly represent Realty One Group in Glendale, Arizona. Jim and Julie live in Westbrook Village in Peoria, AZ
and are involved in many groups and community events. They are members of the Westbrook Village Golf Club and serve on the Couples’ Board and in many other capacities within the community. Serving comes naturally to them as they were lead pastors together for 22 years in 4 different churches in
Southern California, Colorado, and Oregon. They
view real estate a lot like ministry because it’s still
all about people, their needs and their future and
working together comes naturally to them! Unique

and they make sure their clients are well-served by
listening, communicating and negotiating.
