Julio is a long time Culver City resident, having purchased his very first home in the Vets park neighborhood many years ago. That experience gave him the real estate bug and he decided to get his license! Julio studied at the University of San Francisco where he graduated with a degree in Graphic Design and Business Administration. Julio's stellar sense of design is what makes our marketing materials so impactful. Originally from Peru, so not only is he talented, he's bilingual!

Michelle is from Kansas and studied Business Management. Most of her career was spent working for Corporate America in both the food and beauty industries. Julio was adamant that Michelle join him in real estate and after several years, she finally gave in. Michelle is a certified negotiator, which has served her and their clients well. The best part is that she does it with a smile and a hint of Midwestern charm!
