Julio was an amazing help, and made this process easier. We were first time buyers and had no idea where to start. Julio helped us throughout the whole process(took months). Julio is very patient and has passion for what he does. My family and I were indecisive of several houses, and Julio was there in each and every house we looked at. He was transparent of the knowledge he had about the houses we looked at and informed us about the positives and negatives. At any time day Julio was available to answer any questions, and if he was busy he would return the call less than 24 hours. Even after the purchase, my family had concerns and Julio would answer any questions. Julio made this stressful process more comfortable and I am satisfy with my purchase. I would work with him again in the future and would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Julio, for being patient with my family and helping us with this next chapter.

Julio is a very nice guy who helped me get a house which I love. He is someone who is on track of things and does not like to waste any time. If you have any questions then he would gladly answer them at anytime (whenever he is available of course).
