Julio over 15 years of real estate experience. His experience includes but is not limited to 2 years as a real estate and mortgage fraud investigator and 2 years as a mortgage broker. Investigating real estate fraud cases gave Julio a unique, front row seat, view of the dark side of a real estate transaction. This experience gives him an edge above his competition in spotting fraudulent and/or dishonest activity in a real estate transaction. Julio honorably and proudly served the country for 8 years in the United States Marine Corps and the local community for 15 years in law enforcement. Julio now honorably and proudly serves all their clients by providing the highest level of honesty, integrity and professionalism through real estate services. Over the years Julio has sold millions of dollars in real estate and have attained the highest level of education in real estate by earning the GRE designation.
