It’s hard to put into words how incredible Jumoke was in my first home buying experience. Everything from the preparation for purchase months before we even saw our first house, to video touring of my soon to be home when I was out of town, to every step of the purchasing process she was present, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I just closed on my first house last Friday! From finding a place to closing it only took one month. Jumoke is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She went above and beyond explaining everything that goes along with buying a home and answered every single one of my calls about the home with Grace (there were a lot!) I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

J was an absolute blessing to work with. Several other agents that I interviewed gave me a laundry list of things that I “needed” to do in order to list my townhome which seemed very daunting since I was living out of town. J asked me to trust her and I’m glad that I did. She staged, took pictures, listed my townhome and after the first showing, I had several offers. We listed and closed within a couple of months and at my asking price! She made the entire process totally painless and patiently walked me through with the million questions that I had. She’s a fearless negotiator and a true professional!

I was referred to J back in 2014 when I was looking to purchase my first home. She became not just a trusted adviser but a friend as she fulfilled my needs and took my concerns/worries away! She made the process so stress free, walking me through everything and putting me in contact with all the necessary people. 6 years later I have purchased another home with her, shes helped with investments AND I've been able to refer her to a few others.
