About June
June loves to help people make the most out of their big life moments. Whether guiding someone’s first-time home purchase, introducing a relocating family to her beloved Austin, celebrating the purchase of a well-earned dream house, or helping empty nesters re-evaluate their space needs, June relishes the opportunity to make these transitions financially prudent and well-reasoned but most importantly, joyful. Clients commend her compassion, thoroughness and professionalism and consider her an irreplaceable ally throughout the real estate process.
Watching her mother thrive in a 40-year real estate career gave June a keen sense of the business, although she did not dive right in. Her first job was recruiting for a staffing company, and she found helping people make a positive life transition was extremely rewarding. After receiving a B.A in Communication Studies from the University of Texas, she spent ten years in the technology industry doing client management and sales. This experience polished her professionalism and negotiating skills, preparing her to be a patient and thorough guide in the complex world of real estate. She excels at setting honest expectations, clearly outlining the process and keeping clients informed of deadlines so things go smoothly.
A dedicated foodie, June believes the adage that “If you can open someone’s mouth, you can open someone’s mind” and thinks sharing a meal is the best way to make memories, share experience, open minds, and build new friendships. She will often refer to a part of town based on the restaurants in the area. She and her husband Paul also love to travel, but with a young daughter many of their adventures are currently restricted to the parks and outdoor areas around Austin. They often visit June’s parents in Abilene to check on the family Longhorn herd or trek up to Connecticut to escape the heat and visit Paul’s relatives. Regardless of where they roam, Austin will always be home.
