A native of the Dominican Republic, Junior moved to New York City at the age of 12, where he spent his formative years. He earned a degree in marketing before going on to receive his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law, with a focus on real estate law. After relocating to Seattle in 2001, Junior brought his enthusiasm, vision, and attention to detail to the real estate industry. His legal and marketing background equipped him with advanced research and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to quickly assess complex situations and resolve challenges with confidence.

Junior is consistently ranked among Windermere’s top agents nationwide. Since 2022, the Northwest Multiple Listing Service has ranked him as the No. 1 broker in the city of Seattle by total sales volume. In 2024, he was recognized as the No. 1 Latino broker by sales volume in the United States by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. His listings and market expertise have been featured in numerous media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Seattle PI, ABC KOMO News, Curbed, and Puget Sound Business Journal.

Active in the community, Junior serves on the board of directors for Mercy Housing Northwest, reflecting a commitment to service that parallels his real estate practice at Windermere. He lives in Montlake and considers Seattle his adopted hometown, while also owning investment properties locally and maintaining a residence in Manhattan. Fluent in Spanish, Junior enjoys exploring Seattle’s restaurant scene and stays active through running, boxing, and skiing.
