My wife and I had Justin as our realtor moving from California to idaho, (Don’t worry, we don’t identify as the typical Californians). Justin was amazing , patient, helpful, knowledgeable, caring and thoughtful during every turn of our experience. I honestly believe we found the PERFECT agent. He never pressured us, or tried to rush us into a deal. In fact we pulled out of an offer, for a different home and he was totally patient and understood. We just closed on our dream home today!!!
I’m truly thankful to have met a Justin and no consider him a friend over an agent. His kind nature is something a lot of businesses and agents can learn from!!! If I could give him ten stars , I would!!

Justin was on top of everything and kept me updated on my escrow progress. He showed me houses and when we found one he submitted our offer. After our offer was accepted he was instrumental in getting and scheduling our home inspection. He took the stress out of buying my home!! If I ever want to buy another house I would use him again in a heartbeat!!

I was very fortunate to have found Justin Freibrun to handle my home purchase while I was out of state. He was extremely accommodating and used all available technologies to help me find my new home from a distance. My home purchase was not an easy process but Justin I was always on top of everything that I needed to know or do to purchase my home. You will never be disappointed by hiring Justin as your realtor. If I could give more stars I would. He's conscientious, respectful and very patient.

This is a response for the review submitted by Eric Brant. Sweet Group Realty and/or Justin Freibrun, Realtor at Sweet Group Realty have never had any interactions with Eric Brant nor has done any business with this individual. Eric Brant is the owner of "Precision Trim" located in the Boise area and the company is a trade partner of the home builder who Justin Freibrun purchased a home with in his personal life. Precision Trim completed all the interior finish trim work for the home builder. Justin Freibrun was not satisfied with the quality of the finish work and also was unhappy with the communication or lack thereof with the company so the concerns and feedback were implemented into a Google review under Precision Trim. It was an honest, ethical and valid review. It turns out that Eric Brant decided to retaliate for submitting the review and submitted his own review of Sweet Group Realty and myself....it is not an honest, ethical and valid review since he has never been in contact with us...it is sincerely a made up review and it has been reported to Google for investigation. If you go to Sweet Group Realty profile on Google, you will clearly see that the brokerage is 5 star rated with flawless reviews. I personally do not have many reviews at all but the one Eric Brant left should not have been submitted. It is unfair to have reviews like this on a business profile when they are not valid and honest.

Justin was amazing with helping us find a home. There were some surprises, twists and some disturbing events along the way, but he was incredibly patient and supportive through the whole process. We would work with him again in a heartbeat!
