To say Justine has been a pleasure to work with would be the understatement of the century. She was able to find my family the perfect townhouse, at an incredible price, in an even more incredibly difficult market. Without Justine’s help, there is no way we could have ever found this property, nor been accepted as tenants. She eloquently spoke with the owners and made us and our offer irresistible. Justine was communicative throughout the entire process and made us feel as though we were family. We could not have found a better realtor and cannot wait to work with her again in the future! We used Justine as our realtor and could not have had a better experience. The process from beginning to end was smooth and she was always very attentive to our needs.
Justine came to our house a month or so before listing and walked through with us, gave us ideas on how to stage everything and make our house the most presentable for photos and showings. She came up with an amazing strategy for our listing and the initial open house, which brought us an incredible amount of attention from serious buyers. We received multiple offers (many over ask) the first weekend, and once we had them all, she walked us through each one helping us make the best decision. Justine made the closing process simple, took care of every detail so we didn’t have to focus on anything but getting ready to move.

As we were selling our house, we were also looking for a new one. Justine made that process simple and really focused on what we were looking for in a new place for our family. She asked lots of questions and really understood our “must haves”. When it came time to submit an offer, she helped us structure it in a way that got us noticed and got our offer accepted in a multiple offer situation. She worked extremely hard for us on both sides of the transaction, and did an excellent job for our family.

I would recommend Justine to anyone looking to sell their home or buy a new one! Between her strategy, constant contact and professionalism, she made our lives easier and as stress free as possible. We are very appreciative of all the work she did for us in selling our home and helping us look for a new one.

Being a first time home buyer, I did not know what to expect during the process. Using my VA loan benefit, I thought we would get exceptional service with our loan officer but where the lender did not deliver, Justine picked up the slack. She will have your back and guide you to success with whatever your goals are in buying a house! She is an exceptional realtor and we chose her based off of a close reference. She is honest and will not blow smoke… I needed the rational and calm demeanor with how many loops we had to go through to close on our house. She had our back in the last moments of signing the closing documents, ensuring every form was explained and going the extra mile for us. My wife and I had a great experience with Justine looking for a new place to call home. We weren't ready yet to buy a home and wanted to have a home experience that was no longer apartment life. We tried using Trulia and Zillow to find a place on our own but it was a struggle. Too much information, too many listings and poor response times. We happen to find a home that we were interested in and I looked it up on google. It happen to be listed by Coldwell so I messaged them through their website. This is when I got connected to Justine.
Justine was very attentive to what we wanted and what we were looking for. She set up a search filter that matched want we wanted and made it really easy to just look for places. The website was easy to navigate and get more details about homes that we probably wouldn't have had with others. When we setup walkthroughs at properties it was really easy to setup times. She was very organized and thorough giving her honest opinions and advice based on her experience. Our initial round of searching was unsuccessful by no fault of hers or ours. Justine told us not to worry, she would find us something very soon. We were far more fortunate on our second round quickly and easily securing the townhouse rental I am sitting in writing this review. She obviously worked very hard to advocate for us and convince the broker for the property to have us become the future renters. We were on a bit of a time crunch as we really wanted to move out of our previous rental and Justine on her promise delivered. When we are ready to buy our house after finishing our lease here, my wife and I will definitely be looking forward to going back to Justine to help us find our home. Thank you Justine.

I am so grateful to have chosen Justine Claudio (Schettino) as the realtor to sell my home. From day 1 she was open and honest with the market, the value of the home and the process involved with selling. Covid brought challenges that Justine made seem almost non existent. From protecting our health and home during showings, making arrangements for the kids to remain “in class” and ultimately selling our home and closing in an extremely timely manner, she made the process and smooth as possible. She never stopped being an advocate, from early morning messages to late evening follow ups, she is always working in your best interest. She was thorough in explaining questions and offers, and allowed me to make the most informed decisions I could. No question was too silly for her, not to mention I rarely had to wait long for a reply. If I ever make any real estate changes in the future, I will without a doubt enlist the help of Justine. If you are looking for someone who is going to put your needs and best interest first, then Justine is the perfect person for you.

I never would have gotten my house without Justine! First off, I had a list of things I didn't want to compromise on, which made my search extra hard. But she was super accommodating and always ready to show me a new house on the market, usually on the same day. We started looking in the spring when Covid was a new thing and she always arrived wearing a mask and gloves. She was proactive in finding the house we ultimately bought and got me in to look at it before it was even listed on real estate apps. She knew it would be perfect and was ready to send the offer right after I saw it. Getting our offer in right away was what made the difference. If I had relied on the apps the house would have been sold before I'd gotten a chance to see it.
