Kacy helped us win a house in a great community in Round Rock despite the crazy market and heated competition (Jan 2021). In fact, we put a total of two offers since we moved to Austin and won both of them at the same time! This alone should speaks volume of her diligent work and market-expertise.

We never felt any pressure from her. She was always thorough, detail oriented, responsive, and best of all neutral. Coming from San Diego not knowing anything about Texas and Austin, Kacy was our main source of information about each neighborhood we looked at. She was always aware of the stereotypical views she might have due to being Austin-native. Realizing the latter, she professionally explained the dynamic of shifting upward neighborhoods in terms of education rating, proximity to core center, etc. She never stopped to impress us with her detailed and objective analysis of each neighborhood.

She knows all the tactics and tricks to win an offer yet she never advised of paying more than what's reasonable (considering appreciation and other property-specific factors) even though we might have tend to. She is respectful, effective-listener, professional, and highly responsive. She is definitely the realtor you would wish for. I highly recommend her services to buyers and sellers alike.
