Kaila Mardoyan

Kaila Mardoyan grew up in Columbia, Missouri alongside her father, Jeff V. Mardoyan, Realtor with over twenty-five of years of experience specializing in investment, commercial, and residential transactions, who embedded in her the importance of working hard. By the age of fourteen she began collaborating with her father, assisting with marketing material, open houses, and reconciling receipts. Kaila's entrepreneurial background started at the age of 18 when she successfully opened, operated, and managed her own local used car dealership. Kaila then moved to Los Angeles, California where she worked in managerial and sales roles with various hospitality groups with a rolodex of high-net-worth individuals. An over achiever, Kaila consistently demonstrates outstanding customer service and is very well respected by her clientele, associates, and mentors.

Kaila moved to Miami in 2011 to pursue her Real Estate career in the thriving South Florida Market. To date, she has closed over $25 Million in sales and prides her success on exceeding her clients’ expectations and her unique approach to overcoming and avoiding challenges. Kaila is following in her father’s footsteps, integrating all her knowledge and experiences to provide superior customer service to her clients’ investment, residential, and commercial transactions. Kaila is also licensed in California, practicing Real Estate in Beverly Hills and surrounding areas.

From an early age her parents instilled in her the significance of helping those in need – a lifestyle she continues to this day. She received The Little Lighthouse Foundation's Volunteer of the Year award in 2016 and is the only LLF Chapter Leader to manager two separate programs: Beauty All Around at The Lotus House and Step Up with the City of Miami Beach. She also actively volunteers Holtz Children Hospital, St. Jude, Miami Children’s Hospital and The Ronald McDonald House.
