Kailan Boston's primarily focus is Investment Sales. He represents owner-users, investment groups, and private clients throughout the Midwest & Southeast in the acquisition and disposition of their real estate. His experience spans over 32,000 sqft. of real estate assets sold & closed, reinforcing the trust his clients had in delivering on their real estate needs.
Kailan makes use of his previous career in the sports management industry to bring an intriguing blend of business insight and legal understanding to his methods. This sequence enhances his skills in multiplex negotiations, client's solution needs, and produce policy advice with a well-informed perspective.
With a commitment for respecting the commercial real estate industry, Kailan further his education to best support his clients through obtaining his Master's in Business Administration from Ohio University to further the commitment to excellence in the Commercial Real Estate Industry.
