AMAZING experience! When it comes to selling and buying we thought it would be terrifying and stressful. Kaitlyn kept our minds as ease with the whole process. She did absolutely everything to get the right buyers for our first home and helped find our new home. She is extremely intelligent with the real estate field, very personable, warm hearted, quick at responding and just very easy to work with. What an amazing person! We were having problems selling our house, so we had to switch to Kaitlyn from our other realtor, whom we loved as well! Our house had sit for a couple months and just didn’t sell. She came in with her expert opinions, great design ideas, extremely professional crew, outstanding optimistic attitude and finally got our house sold! She made every step seem less and less burdensome on us. Little did we know that we would gain a friend, not just someone selling our house. Bottom line is that she is amazing and we would recommend her 1000%!

Kaitlyn and her assistant Ally (sp?) are amazing to work with! I contacted Kaitlyn the first of year to help my wife and I relocate here. She helped me navigate the market here and was very responsive any time I had any questions or concerns. We ended up purchasing but her and her office helped me look for purchases and rentals with equal attention. I highly recommend Kaitlyn if you are looking for a good, thorough, responsive, and professional realtor.

Kaitlyn was our listing agent and she did a wonderful job from start to finish. Photos for the listing were beautiful and our house had a full day of showings lined up within hours. We listed by Thursday and were under contract by Sunday! She took her time to go through the offers with us and help us choose the one that was best for us.
