I was referred to Kam through a family member that was using him to purchase a home they were building. In speaking with Kam it was clear to me that he was a man of intellect, high moral standards, and an amazing work ethic. I hired him on the spot to not only sell my house in Orlando but also to help me search for a home near Land O' Lakes. Kam was quick to respond to any question I had and gave me good information that proved to be vital to both transactions. If it had not been for Kam's informed guidance, I would have surely lost the sale of my Orlando home as the situation got quite complicated after the home inspection revealed a need to replace a fiberglass pool. We were able to salvage the sale with some modifications that ended up with me making at least a small profit rather than just breaking even or worse! I couldn't be happier with Kam's continued professionalism and creative problem solving. Throughout the processes, I never had a doubt that he had my best interests at heart. I am now in a brand new home build by a quality builder and I couldn't be happier. It should also be said that I have owned numerous houses throughout the years, and I consider Kam to be the top agent with which I have worked. Couldn't have made it through the stressful process of buying and selling at the same time without Kam's support!

It was an absolute pleasure having Kamal as our realtor. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and responded quickly to any question we had. We listed our house on the higher end and still received multiple offers on our house within a short period of time. He was an expert at dealing with the other agents and helped navigate us through the multiple offers. His confidence and expertise helped us remain calm during the entire process so that we accepted the best offer and not just the first offer. We eventually settled for an all cash offer above asking price. Kamal had a great strategy going into the sale and it worked. He did a tremendous job.

Prior to buying our first home, my husband and I thought a real estate agent just helped you with the actual purchasing or sale of a home. We almost didn’t even have a realtor, and we are so fortunate to have had Kam Patel as ours. As first time home buyers, we really were unfamiliar with a lot of the process and what needed to take place along the way in building a home. Kam guided us through the entire process. He responded within seconds to any question we had (and there were many). He really helped us purchase our home at a great price and helped provide us with the knowledge we needed.

Some examples of how Kam helped us are:

1- We did a pre-drywall inspection which caught many issues and allowed us to take photos of the plumbing and electric inside the walls. He made sure to contact the construction manager multiple times to get the exact date of when the drywall will be up to have us schedule the inspection before. We also paid for an inspection prior to closing which ensured that we ran into minimal issues in our beginning time in our new home. These were things we did not even think of and would not have done without his insight.

2- He helped us understand the closing costs sheets and directed us to contacts who got us cheaper home insurance rates.

3- With COVID times, the lender had us drive to the office and stay in the car to sign the papers. The lender just handed us the documents and I quote: “Read through them, sign where I indicated and if you have questions call us on the phone”. Kam saw our frustration and went above and beyond to walk us through the papers himself and explained them one by one. (Which was not his job).

With Kam’s experience in real estate he saved us headaches and money. We could not be happier with our new home and appreciate the many hours Kam put in to make it happen. I was so pleased with Kam’s work, I referred him to help my mom buy her new home and sell her previous one which she mentioned having a similar great experience with him as well.

Last, I must add that being LGBTQ+, Kam was very friendly, easy going, nonjudgmental and shared a mutual respect throughout the whole process.

I worked with Kam to sell my town home, and I couldn't have been more pleased! I received multiple offers the first day the house was marketed and thanks in large part to Kam's incredible work. Kam took fabulous photos to showcase my home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. Kam was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner - within 3 weeks. He was always available to answer my questions and was so responsive and is the sweetest person. I had a great experience and highly recommend him whether you're selling or buying a home!
