Robin & I met Kandra last year in October of 2024. She had stayed in touch with us, knowing that we wanted to move to SC. We like to give Kandra 5 stars and more. She really helped us to find our dream home. She is very considerate and very, very helpful. Whenever I texted her, she always responded. No matter what the questions or concerns we had. She’s a great realtor, we couldn’t ask for a better person.

If your looking for a real estate agent to go above and beyond for you Kandra is the agent for you. We recently bought a Condo in Surfside Beach South Carolina and Kandra was our agent. We live in Massachusetts and had minimal time to look at places because unfortunately we have to work also and when we flew to the Myrtle Beach area to look at Condos she had several already scheduled for us to tour. When we found the Condo we were interested in she worked her expertise so everything went as smooth as possible. She made us feel like we were her priority and if we had questions she always answered them. She never once said she wasn't sure. She's gotta be the hardest working agent in South Carolina. If your looking for a agent We promise you you won't be disappointed. She's amazing at her job!!!! We'd give her 100 stars if we could!!!

Picky buyers, specific needs, video house tours filled with questions, tape measures and difficult schedules and Kandra did a an Amazing job finding us the right place and getting us through the process remotely. Kandra helped me find and purchase my lovely new condo in Myrtle Beach.
I have worked with many realtors all over the country purchasing/selling.
Kandra is without a doubt the best realtor I have worked with in my 60 plus years. She listened, understood my needs, did not show me properties above my means nor properties with any of my “deal breakers.”
She always arrived on time, she was actually always early, to meet me for our showings. The most organized and on the ball realtor in my experience.
At the beginning of the day of viewing properties she would hand me my own extremely detailed printed copy of each property we were to visit that day. And they were conveniently chronologically organized in a folder for me to keep.
This is essential in my opinion. When you view many properties sometimes their details get forgotten or muddied. Another thing that I especially appreciated was how she was able to expertly arrange the viewings. There were never long stretches of dead time in between viewings for the day. Thank you Kandra. My experience working with you couldn’t have been better. You are the best!
