A native Floridian whose education, career path and curiosity led her to traverse the World. From the NYSE's innermost Wall Street circle to Marketing, Design and Theatrical Management in Los Angeles, Karan has been primarily focused on Real Estate & Business Development for over 20 years. Earning "Rookie of the Year" as a Realtor® in 2001 she rapidly become one of Orlando, Florida’s most respected Real Estate Brokers, managing both Residential and Commercial Real Estate Offices.
Karan served on her local Board of Realtors’® Standards & Practices and Grievance committees for four years, on their International Council, and as Board Member for the British American Chamber of Commerce. She currently serves on the Orlando Regional Realtor® Association’s (ORRA) Global Strategic Planning Committee, as a Director for Florida Realtors® representing ORRA, is Chair of both the Global Inbound Trade Mission & the Broker Forum, is a Certified International Property Specialist.
Active in Florida, California, and Designated as a Team leader by the Dubai Land Department for the upcoming International Trade Mission to the UAE, Karan’s clients are International, financially savvy, and tend to be cutting edge. So her skills have to be well-honed; her financial background lends itself towards not only understanding different financial instruments, but a willingness and keen interest in helping her clients to employ new strategies. While cryptocurrencies are the newest of these strategies, Karan has made it her business to help other Realtors to learn and accept this platform as it is likely to become more mainstream as our business becomes increasingly global.
Her background in Art & Design lends aesthetic strength to her real estate business, augmented by marketing writing skills developed on Wall Street, honed with an Internationally recognized strategic marketing firm in Santa Monica, California. Underscoring writing competencies, Karan auditioned for and was welcomed as a story writer for Disney. Knowing how to present listings visually and with the written word, coupled with proficient negotiating skills acquired on Wall Street, enable her to provide clients with superlative success stories on a consistent basis.
Helping domestic & foreign national citizens purchase or sell homes and investment properties is Karan's pleasure and her business.
Licensed as a Broker in Florida, Managing Broker in Washington State and as an agent in California, Karan, her husband Christian and son Max share their time between Los Angeles, Windermere (Florida) & Seattle.
