Since then Karen has SOLD several million dollars in real estate each year! Karen initially specialized in new construction working as a site manager for builders and developers in both resort and residential real estate for 14 years in communities such as Courthouse Estates, Castleton, West Neck (She has sold over 450 properties in this community alone) and Bay Creek Golf and Resort. Her range of experience in selling real estate now includes selling existing homes, new construction homes, resort properties, townhouses and condominiums! Karen’s youngest son Ryan is now a licensed REALTOR® and a vital part of her growing team.
