Karen Arnold

Karen is committed to her clients with the utmost level of dedication; actively listening to their needs, responding in a very timely manner, paying attention to detail, educating them on market conditions and trends, using her negotiating skills, and mostly creating an atmosphere whereby her clients feel comfortable - whether they are buying their first home, pursuing their dream of a vacation home, or selling a home that has been in the family for decades. With 20 years as a former educator under her belt, Karen is passionate about building strong and trusting relationships with her clients. This has resulted in a reliable stream of referrals from past clients~ something for which she is incredibly grateful. Karen considers herself lucky to have spent every summer of her life in the Truro, Eastham, and Wellfleet area. She moved to Cape Cod full time in 1998 and began her real estate career. She loves the Cape way of life. Karen's 3 grown children are in the area, and you can often find the family surfing, biking, hiking, oystering or walking the beautiful Cape beaches.
