Karen and I go back to 2019 when I first moved to Miami, Florida and needed a rental home for my family of 4. She is fantastic - she is extremely knowledgeable about the entire area, incredibly professional, and she has expertise in an types of housing - condos, apartments, homes, etc. I truly felt she had our best interest at heart and she really went to bat for us when the rental company tried to jerk us around. She took pictures of things during the initial rental property walk through that I thought were no big deal - having those time stamped pictures ended up saving us hundreds of dollars when we moved out at the end of the lease! I loved her so much I used her again 4 years later in 2023 when my husband and I bought our first home in Hollywood. She worked with us every step of the way and her contacts in the banking industry got us approved for a mortgage at a great rate and at record speed! Even after we closed and we began to remodel the house, she "had a person for that" - painting, plumbing, roofing, pool installation, contractors, etc. Anything you could possibly need for your home, she knows the best people. She also has an eye for design and interior decoration if you ever need an honest opinion. If you want five star, concierge service - Karen is your realtor. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy, sell or lease in South Florida. You will not be disappointed!
