I have been licensed in Real Estate in Florida since 1988, serving Central Florida for 20 years and a Florida resident since 1971. My experience has been in new home sales working for a Builder, having great knowledge of construction and green sustainability. I have been most successful in connecting each homebuyer with a home that truely fits their needs which enables families to enjoy their home, the biggest financial transaction they may ever make, for many years. I have achieved this by listening carefully to the needs and criteria before beginning my search. It is important to deal with each customer the exact way that I, personally want to be dealt with when I make a purchase.
My family has lived in Celebration since 1999 and we love our home and the "Town of Celebration". We enjoy being a part of this town, where there is always excitment with the many events going on in town throughout the year!
