Karen was absolutely amazing in this very difficult transaction. I had one of our family properties that I needed to liquidate in order to take care of my father’s medical needs. She understood that it was a very sensitive issue for our family. She worked diligently paying attention to every detail. She went above and beyond with her work ethic and personal touches. We received the best offer that we could’ve hoped for. I would highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs whether you are buying or selling. She will be there from start to finish throughout your entire process. Always making herself available by phone and email.

Look no further! Karen is a Top-Tier Realtor. She pours her heart and soul into her work. She makes you feel as if you are her only client.

We gave Karen many listings to investigate for us each week; she found us other listings to consider, and through all sorts of weather (50 mph winds, dust storms, hail, and rain) we viewed properties! Short story...Five weeks and Five offers later we had our offer accepted!

I was a realtor myself from 1992-1997 and know first-hand what it's like. Finding someone as knowledgeable, professional, caring, and thorough would be hard to replicate. Karen did not let her guard down when the offer was accepted, she was there for addendums when the property did not appraise for the sales price, she was constantly in contact with our mortgage company, providing us reminders on things that needed done, was at the walkthrough, at the closing, at the house handing us the keys with a big red ribbon on the door and camera in hand to document my 21 year old son's first house purchase!

Karen didn't quit there, she continued to work with us long after she collected her commission, ensuring that we completed the process for submitting the homeowner's exemption, and just checking in on us to see how things were going.

This kind of service is a real rarity! I know, I worked in this profession for five years.

For many, a home purchase may well be the single largest investment most people make in their life. Picking the right person to work with is equally important.
