There are lots of stories out there about realtors that have soured the opinions of both buyers and sellers, ones that are unavailable when you have questions, don’t listen to what you’re looking for, or try to push people into a higher price to get a bigger cut of the pie that is buying a house. Well, this is definitely not one of those. We had an agent that not only listened, but took the time to explain things and was with us every step of the way. Professional? Absolutely! Attentive? Definitely! Courteous and a real joy to work with? You better believe it!

Karen Killian took the trauma and trepidation of first-time buyers and made such a fantastic impression that we don’t have any reservations of recommending her to friends and family, confident that they will get the same quality treatment that we did! Not only did she prove an invaluable agent, Karen helped us find a home that had everything we were looking for, and so much more. She was with us as more than just an agent and guide into one of the biggest steps a person can experience in life, she was up front with answers and information, honest, and demonstrated integrity throughout the entire process. She made us feel confident about such a monumental decision.

To give her ten out of ten just doesn’t seem to cover Karen Killian’s part in everything, but rest assured she will give each and every client her all, just as she did us!
