Karen Cares should be her slogan. I was lucky enough to have my agent as my next door neighbor and thru my very short house hunt, we became friends. She is my champion. She caught the house that I madey home the minute it came back on the market. It was the first home showed her on a Monday and by Friday, after looking at only 2 others, I walked in and knew it was mine. The seller signed the contract within minutes and everything else after that with the sellers was an uphill muddy slope battle. She was the buffer between me and the seller agent/seller. She handled all the complicated dealings behind the scenes with grace and charm. And kept me in the loop on all communication and all setbacks and accomplishments. She was never unavailable and no question was too silly. She has been genuinely cared about my experience and my money and my needs. And she made sure my house closed the day of contract, no delays. I would recommend her to anyone.
