Karen Nickel

Karen is a Realtor who understands buildings. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning and a master’s degree in Architecture. Before beginning her real estate practice, Karen had over 20 years of international engineering project management experience in both the private sector and NATO. Karen's experience is unique in that she has had fourteen major moves on three continents, has negotiated billion-dollar construction contracts with foreign governments, has built and led international engineering teams on NATO construction projects.

Karen is a successful, results-driven real estate agent with extensive experience in the Brookline, Newton, Watertown, and Boston communities. Karen's breadth and depth of knowledge covers all aspects of residential sales ranging from marketing single-family houses and condominiums to converting multi-family houses into investment property.
