The challenge of selling one’s home for fair market value can be both emotionally and difficult experience. My home was located on a lake with several acres of lawn with many trees. In a word it was pure eye candy. I needed a true professional, and with Karen Pawlak I got just that and so much more. Karen is a true professional. Knowledgeable, understanding, patience, and dedicated. While I could continue with more superlatives, the proof is in the puddling. The house was sold in one day for asking price. Karen was very detailed orientated and left nothing to chance. The entire transaction was handled throughly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. Karen is a credit to Baird and Warner, her profession, and her personal resume. My hats off to Karen Pawlak.

Karen is the absolute best!!! I was seeking an office for my new business, a process that is filled with anxiety and Karen could not have made it a more joyful experience. She was available for any questions and support that I needed throughout the process. In addition, she was a cheerleader for my new venture the entire time. Karen was amazing! She came in and pointed out small things to fix that buyers would notice. Then came in with her sister and did a great job staging the house. The house was de-personalized, clutter free, and open. (It’s a hard process but they did a great job. Totally worth it.) The house flyers were very professional and had fantastic interior, exterior, and aerial photos.

Communication wise, she always prompt and on point. We always knew what was going on with offers, staging, and closing. Karen made this process easy on us and was always willing to help with anything. Most importantly she’s fun to work with and talk to. Totally would have her be our only agent for buying and selling.
