Karen Shattuck

Karen has been a realtor since 1997. In 1997 as her youngest of three children was headed off to kindergarten she was looking forward to “getting back with the adults”. She decided to get her Real Estate License and has never looked back! Karen has been a Top Producer with our local real estate board (NCMAR) from 1998 to the present. She considers one of the greatest accomplishments of her career is receiving the Sales Associate of the Year Award in 2015, 2016, 2018 and 2019. This award is not a Sales Production Award. It is voted upon and awarded to the three most “Enthusiastic, Accessible, Ethical, and Exhibiting Best Business Practices” from the entire Realtor Membership each year.

Karen grew up in Fitchburg, attended the University of New Hampshire and started her family and Real Estate Career while living in Leominster for 10 years before moving to Lunenburg in 2001. She and her longtime partner, Bryan, downsized from the family home in 2019 and currently reside in Fitchburg. Karen is excited to become a grandmother in 2020!

Karen enjoys her career, which she attributes to her love of people, strong organizational skills, and the drive to always improve through education, knowledge, and skills to stay ahead of the curve. Karen thrives on representing her buyers and sellers to achieve their Real Estate goals!
