What can I say about Karen? Karen was instrumental in helping me find my dream home! She was patient, attentive, courteous, and very hard working. She went above and beyond for my family and me. I would gladly work with her again in a heartbeat.

I was an out-of-town purchaser and before I traveled to Florida, Karen sent me listings that were within the criteria that we discussed, not just the automatically sent listings. She created an itinerary for our visit and when she met up with us on the first day she came prepared with gift bags including a notebook and pen for us to make notes on the listings that we visit. On top of that, it was my birthday weekend and she made sure that I celebrated in style, taking us out to her favorite spot.

Whilst under contract, Karen ushered me through the closing process in Florida when I was in California. She facilitated my inspection attended the closing, received and a physical property transfer from the builder, keeping me abreast the whole way.

After the closing, Karen assisted me by meeting different agencies for me, for example, the cable technician to connect my internet so that I could have internet when I moved in.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Karen, my new Tampa friend :)

When I initially started my home buying journey I was so excited. I felt that I had done all the right things, that my credit was in mint condition, and I had even started viewing homes I liked online before connecting with a realtor. Before I met Karen, I had been through two different realtors, and about six, yes six, different lenders. I was not getting pre-approved for much of anything and I felt defeated. The day I met Karen she told me “if you do everything I tell you to do, and you hold your faith, I will get you into a home in 30 days or less”. Now listen, at this point in the road, I felt like I had no hope, but I was like ok, let’s see what this lady talking about. When I tell you, TODAY I CLOSED ON MY HOME IN LESS THAN 30 DAYS, she was not playing! Karen Smith is the truth and my family and I are FOREVER grateful. Thank you for the journey Karen.
