Kari began her real estate journey twelve years ago with Tucker Group Real Estate (TGRE), initially supporting the team as a Marketing Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. She later added the role of Transaction Coordinator and became a licensed agent two years ago. In addition to her industry experience, Kari holds a BA in Psychology and an MA in Counseling—academic foundations that reflect her deep commitment to helping others. This background gives her a unique ability to guide clients in aligning their real estate goals with broader life changes and aspirations.
In addition to her work at TGRE, Kari has long been involved in the Lyons community through organizations such as Lyons High School, Middle School, Elementary School, and the Lyons Community Foundation. Before joining TGRE, she held a variety of roles focused on youth and education—including Teen Recreation Coordinator, Teaching Assistant in Alternative and Special Education settings, Academic Advisor for Student Athletes at the University of Nevada, and Academic Support Coordinator at CU Boulder. A Lyons resident since 1993, Kari and her husband John raised their four children in town, all of whom attended Lyons schools. Outside of work, Kari enjoys hiking Colorado’s foothills and mountains and shares a family passion for volleyball.
