I had Kari come to my home a couple of years ago to advise me as a potential realtor to sell my house. It took longer then I planned to get it on the market and ultimately chose a different realtor because he was the pastor for my husbands funeral service. But Kari kept in contact thru the time and even sent an adorable Christmas Card. It was the only one I got. It meant alot. When she saw I had my house on the market she even called me to wish me luck and congradulations. Then I asked for references of trash removal companies and she sent a link. She is very helpful above and beyond, and highly recommended, as a very kind person.

I worked with Kari for about a year and a half looking for a place. In October I finally put an offer on a condo and with Kari’s help got it under contract. At the end of November I had to terminate the contract because the Seller was having trouble getting VA approval and my lease was expiring on Christmas Day.

That day Kari starting showing me places again and once I found one she had it under contract within 24 hours. With Kari’s help I was able to close two days before my lease expired and without a hiccup.

Needless to say, I’ll be using Kari for any future residential real estate transactions.
