Karina earned her Master’s degree in Business Administration from W.P. Carey School of Business. Prior to transitioning into Real Estate she built a successful career in the corporate world across multiple industries. Karina gained extensive experience in operations, direct sales and customer relations/negotiations while working for a global manufacturing company and a leading pharmaceutical company. The broad set of skills she developed have given her an advantage to rapidly succeed in the fast-evolving real estate business.
Attracted to sunshine and the rapid economic growth of the city, she has made Orlando, Florida her permanent home. For about a decade prior she resided in the heart of Brickell, Miami and is very closely familiar with the surrounding Downtown Miami areas. Karina proved a flawless guide not only through the jungle of high-rise buildings in the "Manhattan of the South" but also in helping her clients to immerse into Miami Life with the inside scoop on lifestyle and cultural events in the city. A jet setter herself, she is versed in cultural differences presented in the multi-cultural clientele in Miami. Sensitive to relocation challenges, she has become a go-to realtor for major healthcare organizations, helping dozens of new doctors and medical professionals to find their home in South Florida.
Originally from Latvia, Karina is fluent in English, Latvian and Russian with elementary proficiency in Spanish. As a travel aficionado, she has visited over 40 countries and enjoys outdoor adventures in hiking boots as much as exquisite cultural events in high heels. Constantly looking for ways to give back to the local community, she always welcomes volunteering opportunities.
