• Personally represented clients in over 250 transactions, totaling approximately $200 Million in Sales.

• City of San Jose - General Plan Task Force (2009 to 2012, 2015 to 2016, 2019 to 2020), Foreclosure Prevention Task Force (2009 to 2012), awarded the San Jose Dream Home Program (aka Neighborhood Stabilization Program) contract by the City of San Jose Housing Department and Housing Trust of Silicon Valley that purchased over 30 foreclosed properties, renovated, and sold these homes to low- and moderate-income households.
