We have known Karla since 2015 when she helped us purchase our first home. Then, as well as now with our most recent home purchase, she's always available when we need her. Whether it is looking at a home that just came on the market or asking her questions regarding each process, Karla is there with answers or a quick investigation to get us our answers. She's professional and personable and we are so thankful for her!

She is extremely detail oriented, quick to respond, very clearly communicates, gently guides us through tough decisions, fights for her clients with clarity and conviction, and handles chaos with composure. We worked with her in 2017 for our first home (while I was 6 months pregnant) and again for our "forever home" in 2021 (with two small children). The market in both these years was absolutely insane - 7 offers to find our first place, 5 for our second, and received 13 to sell our house in 2021! Every single offer, house tour, inspection, and contract, was handled with precision and clarity. She helped us handle the chaos and I always felt safe and protected by her through the process. She also has an incredible list of contractors for fix-ups and maintenance that we have always been satisfied by.
