I highly recommend Karlie. She is professional, personable, and has knowledge of the real estate market. She presented a solid marketing plan and aggressively marketed our home, resulting in numerous showings over the first 72 hours on the market which allowed us to quickly purchase our next home. Karlie was exceptionally patient with all of our questions and concerns. She made both the selling and buying process extremely smooth, both during the transactions, as well as in the weeks to follow. I enjoyed working with Karlie...she was professional in handling the sale of our property. She has excellent marketing sources, and decided our property would sell faster if she could photograph a sunset view from the property. She took the photo and in 7-days after listing, we had a full price offer that ended in a closed escrow. Last year the property was listed with a different realtor, and on the market for 6-months with no interest or offers. Karlie kept us up to date with the process and what to expect. She uses state of the art techniques (e-mail/doc-u-serve, etc) that saved us many miles of driving to submit and sign papers. Karlie followed up with our requests and needs. A Property Survey was needed, and corners posted as a condition of the sale. We live 60 miles from the property and Karlie offered to make the contact for a survey estimate, coordinated the survey/corner posting and completed the survey contract. Karlie absolutely exceeded all of my expectations. I needed to purchase my home while overseas on a work project...spotty internet and 11 hour time difference...not easy circumstances.
