Kate Concannon Castle is an experienced REALTOR® with over 20 years of experience selling residential real estate in California. She is a 2nd generation REALTOR® and 3rd generation Californian who consistently goes out of her way to help her clients find exactly what they are looking for at the right price. Her exceptional dedication to professional ethics drive her to help make the negotiation process for buyers as painless as possible, through constant and reassuring communication. Kate comes from the Bay Area Alain Pinel REALTORS® as a member of the Presidents Club.

Her local community connections include, the Vice Chair/Commissioner for Palm Springs Sustainability Commission, Board of Directors of HRC/Human Rights Campaign-Chair of HER HRC, Friends of the Arts Institute for Palm Springs High School, Palm Springs Woman's Club, Board of Directors for the neighborhood HOA, and most recently Save Oswit Canyon. Some of her non-real estate related work includes a successful career in Silicon Valley, in purchasing and negotiations for computer mainframes, and enjoying Concannon Wine in the garden by an outdoor fire pit. Kate is married to Hal Castle since 1987, and they have one daughter.
