Kate Hendrickson

I fell in love with the Central Coast while earning my degree in Business from Cal Poly. After graduating I became the Marketing Director of a locally owned international real estate firm, working directly with sellers on preparation and promotion of their home during the listing period. After 5 years in that position I joined a local top-producing real estate team. I have been a licensed agent and part of the San Luis Obispo real estate community for over 19 years and have worked with hundreds of clients on meeting their real estate goals.
I am honored to have been ranked as one of the top 25 real estate agents in the nation in Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate network for my production in 2024.
In a process where there are several moving parts and emotions run high, I focus on managing all aspects of the transaction with strong attention to detail and open communication to make the sale as seamless and stress free as possible.
I currently live in San Luis Obispo with my husband Kevin, my 10 year old daughter Zoe and 6 year old daughter Piper. If we aren’t putting sweat equity into our home, we are out enjoying all the Central Coast has to offer!
