Katelyn has been a Realtor since 2017, involved in the closing of over $250,000,000 real estate sales, the construction and sales of over $50M in high end luxury home developments, and multiple investment projects in Manhattan Beach and surrounding cities. Trained by a group of the highest producing residential agents and investors in the country, Katelyn focuses on buyer and seller representation, luxury rentals, and investment sales primarily in the South Bay area. She is highly regarded in the community as someone who brings a great reputation to every transaction with her positivity and extensive knowledge about the real estate process from initial consultation to closing.
Katelyn very naturally is able to build incredible rapport with her clients, creating a high level of trust between herself and her clients in every real estate transaction. One of Katelyn's most impressive achievements to date is working on a $14,000,000 ground up new construction multi-unit building in Manhattan Beach from demolition to full tenancy. This project marks the largest multi-unit new construction apartment building in over 25 years in Manhattan Beach.
Education: Katelyn graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno majoring in Business Marketing with a minor in Information Systems.
