Kathleen was helpful right from the first call. We were considering moving to Sun City from Indiana and Kathleen started sending us homes in our price range in January. We were in AZ at the end of March , beginning of April for 10 days. We went through a number of homes and she was very well organized and knowledgeable of the area ( she has live her whole life in the area) she paid attention to our likes and dislikes. Kathleen communicated with us at every turn and always returned calls, texts and emails in a timely fashion. We did purchase a home once we got back to Indiana. Kathleen was very patient with me during this whole thing … I had a few meltdowns during the search but Kathleen put up with me and was always professional. I would highly recommend Kathleen.

I wanted to thank Kathaleen for everything she did for us!! We had to move from WA to AZ in a short window and she made it happen. We found our final home in Sun City and she made it happen in a few short weeks. She knew people who could help us meet our goal and she followed up on everything. She knows the laws and made sure everybody held up to their responsibilities. She even met various trades at the home to get bids for painting, etc!!!!

Kathleen is the absolute best. We recently moved from Washington State to Maricopa Arizona and she was with us every step of the way. Always a professional and and full of knowledge. She was always ready to help and go out of her way to do so. She even took care of our last final walk-through because we were unable to come from out-of-state. If you're not utilizing Kathaleen for your next transaction, you're simply not making the correct choice. From start to finish Kathaleen was the consummate professional real estate agent. I was moving from California to Arizona and had the good fortune to have her represent me in my search. We discussed my priorities, areas of interest etc. and she set up a full day of viwing properties - all that she had prescreened to my interest. We found the "one" on the first day and then she helped in the process from start to finish including going the extra mile every step of the way. She is super communicative and she is even helping still - recommendations for gardners to insurance agents to mortgage brokers. Kathaleen is hands down the best realtor I've ever worked with! We moved to the valley from out of state and had a limited window to look for a home. We weren't her only clients at the time, but she made us feel like we were. She always answered our calls and questions and took the time to show us several houses that would fit our needs. Even after the sale was completed, Kathaleen has continued to be a tremendous resource for us as we navigate life in the valley. Her recommended contractors, pool cleaner and CPA have all worked out great! I would recommend Kathaleen to anyone, but especially if you have limited knowledge of the area, she will take care of you like no other!

Kathaleen was our realtor to help us find a home in Phoenix area. She did an excellent job showing us homes available and finding our retirement dream home. We decided to build in Maricopa, AZ. Since we were moving from Iowa, Kathaleen supported us throughout this effort by providing updates on the building progress along with info in regards to delays experienced during pandemic. She sent us pictures and provided advice along the way. Much of this would be something that typically the home salesman should have been doing. I would highly recommend hiring Kathaleen as your next realtor. She has a great personality, easy to work with and can be a bulldog when necessary. Kathaleen helped my wife and I purchase our home in Gilbert. We moved from out of state during the start of Covid. It was an odd situation to be moving in and Kathaleen was a huge help throughout the process.

Kathaleen was extremely responsive and helpful with her knowledge of the real estate market throughout Phoenix. She listened to what we were looking for and didn’t push us outside of our goals. Without her advice, we may not have found what we were looking for.

Once we had an offer accepted, Kathaleen took care of everything while we were out of town. She made the entire process simple. It made the move easy and got us started off on the the right foot in a new state.

We have even asked Kathaleen to help us find contractors and for general advice on our home as we make it our own.

Kathaleen is a tireless, hard working, and incredibly determined person to work with. She sat down with us and worked with us through the entire process and after near 6 months we found our perfect first rental property.
