Katharina Zoefelt

Katharina began her profession in real estate in 1993, and has spent her career supplying outstanding customer service, while making her clients dreams of home ownership come true. She began in new home sales helping first time home buyers, working her way up to managing a $100M semi-custom development in the Denver Tech Center and listing and selling multi-million-dollar properties.

Kat works throughout the entire Denver Metro area, representing buyers and sellers in every price range, assisting them in the sale and purchase of residential property and luxury homes. She is a member of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.
In her free time, she can be found at Cherry Creek Country Club golfing or spending time with her friends or her dog. She enjoys cooking, entertaining, hiking and biking.
