Our company relocated us from Birmingham, Alabama to another State and we needed to quickly sell our house located in Vestavia Hills. Relocation policy required that we select a local real estate listing agent out of at least two candidates from a long list of real estate companies familiar with relocation business. One of the companies we worked with, RealtySouth, recommended Katherine Manush as our local real estate agent.

From our very first phone call with Katherine, it became clear to us that she is a top-quality professional. She demonstrated very deep understanding of our relocation policy, described every procedure we would need to go through. She has shown very deep knowledge of our local market.

When we met with her for the first time at our house, she came with a complete and thorough market analysis (that was even before we decided to proceed with Katherine as our listing agent!). Upon referral of a friend, we partnered with Katherine Manush as our buyer's representative in May 2021 to find and purchase a home in Homewood, AL.

Katherine's years of experience with the Birmingham market, network of real estate professionals, and kind/professional personality all came together to successfully navigate an extremely crazy sellers-market and produced an accepted contract for our house within less than 24 hours of first meeting her.

We had a great experience with Katherine both in selling and buying our home! Katherine help guided us while making decisions on when to list our home, how much to list our home for, and how to stage our home to attract more buyers - all during the craziness of COVID-19. She coordinated photographers and virtual tours of the home and made us feel at ease with the process. She never forced us to do anything a certain way or in a certain time, but always presented us with options and let us decide what fit best for our schedules and comfort zone.
