In 1994 and after many years with IBM in Houston, TX., Kathy and her husband decided that it was time to find the "Good Life". They searched all over the southeast, and when they found the Emerald Coast they fell in love with the area and realized that this was their Piece of Paradise. They bought a home here in 4 days and have never left. Kathy obtained her real estate license in that year and then her Brokers license shortly thereafter. Kathy is well experienced with the area communities and properties and enjoys providing exceptional service to all she works with, and she loves helping people find their own piece of Paradise on the Emerald Coast!
