A Richmond native, Katherine attended The Collegiate Schools and graduated from Saint Anne’s-Belfield in Charlottesville. After graduating from Denison University in Ohio, she returned to Richmond for several years before following her heart to Colorado. After twelve years in Colorado, she successfully relocated her young family back to Central Virginia where they found and purchased their dream home.

Katherine’s Real Estate Career began almost twenty years ago when she purchased her first property, which she still owns today as a piece of her investment portfolio. Since then, her career evolved into Property Management and Condo and Homeowner Association Management prior to her transition into residential sales.
