As a real estate broker, with 36+ years of experience representing buyers and sellers in Ventura County, I know there is no single approach that is right for every client. Due to this, I spend the time needed to understand my client's wants and needs — in order to help them find just the right home, or keep clients on a positive track if deciding to sell. I try to make myself available so I can assist clients throughout the many decisions involved in these incredibly important moments. The relationship with a client is my number one priority, as the co-owner of a small, boutique real estate company, it is the cornerstone of my business.
