Pleasant first home buying experience. Katherine was always quick to communicate and answer any questions. If she didn’t know, she got an answer. This was the first home we looked at and fell in love with it. 4 months after looking at it and living in the house we’re still infatuated with the house. Everyone says a home buying experience is stressful, buying our home listed under Katherine seemed to not have all of that added stress.

Buying a home with the help of Katherine is the best experience. While looking for a realtor, there is MANY to choose from. I’m definitely pleased that i decided to go with Katherine. Buying a house or anything in that matter can be stressful, but she helped make it as easy as possible. We ran into maybe problems but she worked her butt off to make sure everything went how we needed it! I can’t thank you enough!

If you're selling or buying GET THIS LADY!!! Katherine got us out of one living situation and into a new one. She went well beyond anything I'd ever expected of a real estate agent to make a complex transition simple and enjoyable.
I absolutely can't say enough good things about this lady. I am so glade we found her!!!

Katherine was so responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did she help us negotiate to get into our home but she cared about us and what our young family needed. I would highly recommend Katherine to anyone! We had some issues with closing that were stressful but having her on our team was so helpful and helped us feel secure about the idea that we would get to the home we loved. We are in that home now thanks to Katherine!

Dedicated͏ and Hardworking
I knew Katherine for years prior to asking her to help sell my house. She is so smart and has always been the hardest working person in the room and I knew that was the type of person I wanted to help me sell my home. Great experience. Very responsive at all day/times. Flexible and made sure that we had everything we needed as soon as possible. These days, most of the info you need is publicly available but her responsiveness and availability is what sets her apart. We used other agents who were unresponsive or not timely enough. That isn't going to work in this market. Trust me and get Katherine if you want a response as soon as you ask a question. Highly recommend and will continue to use her for the area.
