Before I embarked on my Real Estate career I worked in the airline industry for over thirty years in a variety of positions, including Sales Planning and Business Analyst. I graduated from Chapman University in Orange with a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership.

We met Katherine about five years ago through a friend when we were looking for a house. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with her. First time we met her we already knew she's the right one. We were so happy with her when she helped us with our 'first home', and so as our family began to grow and we needed to move to a bigger house, we didn't have second thought of asking her again to help us with the next one.
Katherine is such a sweet person, very courteous, professional, hard working & knowledgeable realtor agent. She's also very patient and would spend time explaining and answering whatever questions we have, esp we were first time home buyers then (and then sellers). She is genuinely kind and she works on having the best interest for her clients and not her own and we admire that on her. She's there every step of the way, always updates us, and she would go extra mile to make sure we're happy and to make things happen the way we wanted it. She would also give advice and great ideas to help us on making the right decisions. When we do have concerns, she would not only listen but she gives 'solution' to them. Even after we already closed the deal and moved in, she would still check on us and make sure everything is ok with the house. She's just exceptional. We are blessed and fortunate to have her.
We highly recommend her. If you have her as your realtor agent, we assure you you have the best one.

Katherine was our listing agent . We met her after she helped one of our family members find a home . Heard nothing but good reviews about her . From the moment you meet her you’ll already feel like best friends. She’s will give you a 110% .
